I have heart issues but nothing has been diagnosed. I have palpitations, tachycardia weird buzzing flopping feeling

I was recently diagnosed with heart valve regurgitation. I have been on this drug for about 20 years. The Dr. mentioned that it could be from long term use so I’m now weaning myself off of it. Has anyone else had similiar issues like this

Help? I’ve been on 112 for just over a month and now I have heart palpitations my blood pressure is through the roof I’m shaking like mad getting muscle spasms. My hubby said it can’t be withdrawals because it’s been over a month. I’m breaking out with cold sores? Can this be withdrawals.

I’ve had two heart attacks and had to have cardiac ablation to get my heart rhythm straightened out . On Effexor for over 20 yrs but hyperbolic tapering and have about 9 more months of reductions to go
