Cold turkey- for life

It takes years.  one doctor misled me and told me it takes a month. I listened to him since he was a doctor. I suffered the most terrible withdrawals ever! It was horrible. I thought I was going to die. I walked like I was drunk. I had the shakes. I was nauseous. I had diarrhea. I had a headache. I was crawling out of my skin. It was absolutely terrible. The only thing he could think of to do for me was to put me back on and thank God it worked! I will never ever try to get off it again. It’s horrendous and it takes years
