Cold Turkey

“So i tapered off my zoloft to go onto vilazodone. I had been on zoloft for 5 years. About two ish weeks on vilazodone i was constantly lightheaded and dizzy and i couldn’t function. No matter what i did or what i took for the dizziness. I ended up in the ER and they had me discontinue taking it. So my psychiatrist recommended seeing how I am without any antidepressants. Mind you I’ve been on at least one of them for the entirety of 6 years.
How did you taper: 200 week 1, 150 week 2, 100 week 3, 50 week 4 and week 5 none”

This is a cold turkey. A doctor recommended cold turkey.
