heart pounds

I am on 225 dose of venafaxine here in .uk.been on it for 5 months now .the last weeks my heart pounds out of my chest with just walking up the road.i already take propanal for rapid heart due to anxiety now my anxiety and depression have got so much worse and was bad before I can’t get out of bed unless I have to go to the shop.crying for no reason even more no idea what’s going on
