The entire thesis of SSRIs as a functional treatment of clinical depression is founded on a mass hallucination. Mounting evidence and research accumulated over the last half a century make four points abundantly clear:

  1. Depression is not a serotonin deficiency.
  2. Depression is a metabolic illness.
  3. Serotonin is a metabolic brake.
  4. SSRIs are whole-body mitochondrial toxins.
