Mother of 4, murder/suicide- She was taking Clonazepam, an anti-anxiety medication and was prescribed Ketamine.

Previously a loving mother, had a normal amount of the anti anxiety drug in her system. Her husband said she was suffering with postpartum depression.
Ketamine was also prescribed and there is a lawsuit against the psychiatrist and pharmacist.
Compounded ketamine troches/lozenges were prescribed for unsupervised at-home administration; family reporting says the dose was later increased. Allegations are she was over prescribed after having adverse reactions, the dosage was increased.
