My blood pressure has been significantly increasing the 7 weeks I’ve been on this. Has anyone else had this happen?

I’ve had two heart attacks and had to have cardiac ablation to get my heart rhythm straightened out . On Effexor for over 20 yrs but hyperbolic tapering and have about 9 more months of reductions to go

15 years on it left me with blood pressure that goes higher than it should with the slightest anxious thought or situation. Without any stress it’s normal though. It caused my nervous system to over reach

Been on this poison 28 years . I’m now 56, on blood pressure meds and now just been given calcium blockers to stop it going so high. Doctor blames the menopause.

I’d like to hear from anyone who’s heart skips, jumps, flutters, while trying to come off effexor. Being on 75 mg makes my daily headaches and migraines worse I think, which is why I’m trying to come off…I never counted how many beads are in my effexor XR 75 mg. Instead I just subtract beads…
