Heart skips

I’d like to hear from anyone who’s heart skips, jumps, flutters, while trying to come off effexor. Being on 75 mg makes my daily headaches and migraines worse I think, which is why I’m trying to come off…I never counted how many beads are in my effexor XR 75 mg. Instead I just subtract beads from the capsule little by little. I was ok with subtracting 20 beads for a few weeks. Now I’ve been subtracting 23 beads and my heart is palpitating so much. I don’t hear many people talk about the heart stuff, on here… For me it’s scary. I don’t care about the brain zaps, headaches, etc. Maybe because I have headaches every day, anyway. But someone PLEASE tell me I’m not alone with the heart jitters. I’m guessing it’s anxiety..
