heart palpitation

Can anyone describe their heart palpitations during withdrawal? If I’m correct heart palpitation is the sensation of your pulse somewhere else? So I feel it in my throat. Constantly. Like just laying down I can feel it AND see it. If you look at me you can see my necklace behind moved my the pulse in my neck. I’ve been off the pill for about 2 weeks.
