London Izabella-Ryén Gadd, was only 12 years old when her life was taken by psychiatric harm, medical failures one after another. Why would a hospital refuse to pump her stomach? Why was activated charcoal not available? Her mother is demanding answers. Pine Rest diagnosed her with suicidal ideation but changed the coding when insurance denied it. Is that legal?  How could this happen?.
