nerve damage

Effexor has caused a lot nerve damage. It has damage the nerves that go to my heart. I felt an electric shock right where I drew the nerve being cut. Heart rate increases very fast when I stand up and then slows down like it’s about to stop beating. I feel a lot vibrations from my brain down to my heart. I feel the nerve to be vibrating. I can’t sleep due to these vibrations but no one seems to understand because other people haven’t experienced this type of cardiac nerve damage. I can’t feel my heart speeding anymore even when it’s fast.
